Philosophy
Early Minds Child Care, Inc. believes that during a child’s early years he/she will learn social, emotional, physical and cognitive lifelong skills. We believe these skills are essential for a child’s “growth”. We strive to provide children with these life-long skills. Early Minds believes children should learn and explore through play. We foster this learning through our planned activities and educational programs.
As you can see, Early Minds believes a child’s “growth” is not in size alone. We believe that early learning lasts forever and it is the foundation for a child’s years to come. We know when a child leaves us and has grown; he/she will have acquired the skills needed for a successful life!
1.) Family Owned
The Owners of Early Minds decided to put their Early Childhood knowledge and experience to good use by opening a quality center for young children. At least one of them is at the Center every day. The Managers they’ve hired to run the center have a combined experience of over thirty years in the child care field and a couple have been with them since they opened.
2.) Teacher Incentive Program
We believe quality care comes from quality teachers, that is why we offer an incentive program to hire and retain the very best teachers. We have been very lucky; many staff members have been with us since we opened.
3.) Facility
Our facility was specifically built for children and child care use with a state-of-the-art security system to keep all children safe. Our facility was completely renovated in July 2014 and our playground was updated July 2019.
4.) All Ages Care
We are one of the few centers in the area that offers care for your infant, toddler and preschool age child.
