Your Questions Answered
What Is Your Teaching Philosophy?
We follow a play-based learning approach. Children learn through hands-on experiences, guided play, and meaningful interactions. This approach builds confidence, creativity, and a love of learning from an early age.
Is Early Minds Structured?
While we maintain a consistent daily routine, which helps children feel secure and supports their development, our program is fully play-based. Children learn best through exploration, social interaction, and creative activities, rather than rigid instruction. This balance of predictability and flexibility allows each child to grow at their own pace while enjoying hands-on learning every day.
Can Parents Visit Anytime?
Yes! We have an open-door policy. Parents are always welcome to visit classrooms and see their children. Some children may find unexpected visits challenging, so we recommend visiting during calm moments when possible.
What Makes Early Minds Different from Other Centers?
Early Minds combines the stability and resources of a larger center with the feel of a warm, home-like environment. Our experienced, long-tenured staff build strong relationships with children and families, creating a close-knit, supportive community parents trust.
Are Staff Trained and Experienced?
Yes. All staff are certified by the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) and are CPR/First Aid certified. Many have worked with us for 15+ years, providing consistency and trusted relationships for children and families.
