Philosophy

Early Minds Child Care, Inc. believes a child’s “growth” is not in size alone.  We believe that early learning lasts forever.  It is the foundation for a child’s years to come.

Children learn social, intellectual, emotional, and physical life long skills here at Early Minds. We foster this learning and development by providing space, toys, and opportunities for children to learn through play.  It is important to us to help a child develop and learn in a healthy, safe, and positive environment.

Early Minds Child Care, Inc. facilitates learning and growth for children of all developmental levels in a creative, multicultural atmosphere. Here, a child will be encouraged to explore his/her own world and discover that he/she is a unique individual.  As a child finds his/her individuality, our staff will strive to help him/her develop his/her social skills through daily activities with his/her peers.

We know when a child leaves us and has grown; he/she will have acquired the skills needed for a successful life!

Security Policy

All doors that lead into Early Minds Child Care from the outside are always locked.  Strangers, delivery people, mail persons, parents with whom staff is not familiar, etc. are NEVER ALLOWED INTO THE BUILDING without authorization from the Director or Assistant Director. Our staff follows strict procedures before allowing anyone to enter our Center.

We have installed a Security System at our front door entrance to insure your child’s safety. This security system insures that no unauthorized person is able to enter the Center. An intercom has also been installed to allow an unauthorized person to converse with a staff member, Assistant Director, or Director from outside of Early Minds without us having to open our door.
