Reminders
New School Year Reminders:
- DROP OFF:
We open at 8, however, we ask that all kids are here by 9 as that is when our daily curriculum begins.
- APPROVED PICK UPS:
If someone other than mom or dad is picking up, parents must send us a message through Brightwheel before 2pm. This person MUST be on your approved pick-up list. If you need to add or take someone off, we will send you an updated form to fill out. The UPDATED form will be the NEW Approved Pick-up list.
- INFANT/YEARLING PICK UP
When picking up your infant or yearling, please send us a message when you get here and we will get them ready for you. Please wait in the foyer for your child’s teacher to bring them to you.
- APPOINTMENTS
If your child has any appointments, please schedule them early in the morning or afternoon. We have a cut off for drop-off of 10 am. If your appointment runs after 10am, your child will not be able to attend that day.
- LATE PICK UPS:
We close PROMPTLY at 5pm. If you pick up AFTER 5 you will incur late fees. The late fees per child are $25 for the first 15 minutes and $5 per minute thereafter.
- NAP TIME ITEMS
Please bring your child’s sleep items in a reusable bag. We do not have enough room for Back Packs. No pillows are needed. A crib size sheet (toddler bed size for toddlers and infants), small blanket and one small lovey. All items must fit easily in Sleep Cubbies.
- EXTRA CLOTHES
Please make sure your child has extra clothes at school that are weather and size appropriate.
- SICK POLICY

- MABEL’S LABELS
We ask you to label everything!! These labels are dishwasher and washing machine safe! If you order, please order under Early Minds as we have an ongoing fundraiser with them!!
